Alarm Front Monitoring is a central monitoring software designed with instant response in mind, offering immediate alerts on pre-defined events. Supporting a range of compatible communication channels (TCP/IP, GSM, SMPP, RS-232/RS-485, HTTP, Email, Telegram), message protocols and alarm receivers, it maintains detailed logs for all alerts and events for secured objects. This includes detailed information about the event, the state of secured object and any actions taken by the operator.
With flexible filters and many types of graphs to visualize reports, the operator can efficiently analyze alarm response and object management. The data can be exported into plain-text CSV or Microsoft Excel formats to allow analyzing information in external systems.
Alarm Front Monitoring automatically handles non-critical events and performs routine maintenance and monitoring via two-way communications over SMS and DTMF.
