ESX show to feature installation and service management track

Promoters of the Electronic Security Expo (ESX), an event co-hosted by the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) and the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA), announced today that there will be a full track on the topics of security/alarm installation and services.
The track will be chaired by John Knox, president of Life and Property Security Systems out of Knoxville, Tenn. The program covers everything from troubleshooting to job cost tracking, handling service calls, video surveillance installations and more.
The track includes a number of specialized seminars and is part of the education component of this first annual tradeshow, which is schedule for June 25-27 in Nashville, Tenn.
