HSM Rolls out Web-Based Account Management Tool

Company's eAccountManager links national accounts with installation status, service repairs, billing in real-time

HSM Electronic Protection Servies announced this week a new line of e-management tools for the security installation and monitoring company. At the forefront was what the company is calling its eAccountManager, an online application that gives the company's customers access to information such as invoices, status of installations, repairs and more. Much like online banking, where bank customers can look at savings, checking, credit card and mortgage accounts all one page with their payment and spending histories, the eAccountManager links up service histories, service needs, purchasing activity,

HSM will be rolling out the so-called eAccountManager to its national accounts as an added value, and the information, because of its web-based nature, will be available to the client companies 24/7.

"We are confident that this new technology will be an extremely useful tool for our customers," said HSM's President and COO Tim Whall, announcing the roll-out of the eAccountManager service.
