Brink's Home Security Gets High Praise Again from J.D. Power and Associates

Company earns Certified Call Center ranking from customer satisfaction review company

Irving, Texas-based Brink's Home Security has earned kudos from J.D. Power and Associates for yet another year.

The company was recognized by J.D. Power and Associates Certified Call Center Program for passing the certification company's standards for call centers. The standards measure the company based on recruiting, training, incentives, leadership, and quality assurance. The Certified Call Center Program also involves the surveying of customers during the audit period, and to earn the certified status, call centers have to rank in the top 20 percent for customer services based on internal measurements and customer satisfaction.

A statement from J.D. Power and Associates said that, "Brink's customers give particularly high ratings to both its customer service representatives and call center operations in general," and said Brink's has developed "a highly customer-service focused culture."

Brink's has been seeing strong growth, and has expanded into 250 metro areas across 44 states. The company also serves two Canadian provinces, and has a total of almost 1 million customers.
