AlarmWATCH is a UL certified central station currently serving 500 independent alarm companies, monitoring over 100,000 subscribers coast to coast. Our core group of operators, supervisors and managers has been with us since our doors opened in 1990. This has allowed us to accumulate a lifetime of experience in handling alarms and being a customer care center.

Our monitoring center has a full line of receivers, handling all industry alarm formats. All receivers have an identical backup receiver for true redundancy. This also applies to our automation alarm processing servers, uninterruptible power battery systems, diesel generators and digital voice recorder. We also utilize a variety of local, long distance and T1 phone vendors.
