Edwards Edge fire alarm platform is designed to give installers the tools to support a wide range of building designs in a cost-efficient manner. With 10 amps of onboard power and patented Voltage Boost technology, the system enables longer wire runs and reduces hardware.
The system includes six fully virtual switches, included with the base panel, and the ability to add up to 72 physical switches and LEDs, all controlled through the 10-inch touchscreen display.
Edge is backwards compatible and will see several additions and upgrades to enhance functionality and life. Upgrades to enable networking features and integrated voice capabilities are planned for a future release.
Edwards introduced the Edge platform to their strategic partners at the Edwards Million Dollar Club Conference on May 20, 2025. The system is available for purchase now.
