The STI-7550AH Protective Cabinet from STI allows a fire alarm control panel to be mounted in temperatures exceeding normal parameters. The extra large, see-through polycarbonate enclosure offers protection against vandalism, either accidental or intentional, as well as dirt, dust and grime. The AC/heater unit allows sensitive devices to be installed in areas suffering from damaging conditions, such as outside of condos, apartments, factories and warehouses or locations that are dirty or experience high humidity. The enclosure can also eliminate the expense of air conditioning or heating an entire warehouse or an unmanned warehouse. To help sustain a uniform temperature inside the enclosure, the AC/heating unit cycles as required and a fan runs continuously. The AC/heater contains an integral power supply and built-in condensate removal system.
