SimplexGrinnell has announced that the company was awarded a five-hotel contract with Hilton Hotels to create fire alarm systems.
The contract includes the world-famous Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City.
The contract, at an unspecified price, but in the millions, will mean the implementation of Simplex 4100u fire alarm systems in Hilton Hotels locations in New York (the Waldorf Astoria), Washington, Boston and Northern Virginia.
Simple Grinnell is a division of Tyco Fire and Security.
