The Monitoring Association (TMA) has opened registration for its 2026 Annual Meeting, which will be held Nov. 7-11 at the Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa in Grand Cayman.
The event is designed for C-suite executives, business owners, senior leaders and other decision-makers from the professional monitoring and security industry. According to TMA, the meeting will focus on executive education, networking and discussions about the future of professional monitoring and response.
The conference agenda will examine technologies, business trends and leadership strategies affecting the industry. Planned sessions will address artificial intelligence, video monitoring, emerging technologies, business growth and economic factors influencing the security market.
“The Annual Meeting gives our industry's leaders the opportunity to step away from day-to-day demands and focus together on what lies ahead,” said Alan Gillmore IV, president of TMA. “By sharing experiences, challenging one another's thinking, and strengthening the relationships that move our industry forward, attendees return to their organizations with new perspectives, practical ideas, and a stronger network of peers.”
The conference will feature two keynote presentations focused on video monitoring and artificial intelligence.
Chris Peterson will present “Before It Happens: The Mindset of Selling Live Video Monitoring,” which will examine the shift from selling response to communicating the value of real-time prevention.
Bennett Borden will deliver the keynote “Iron Man, Not Terminator: Using AI to Amplify Human Potential,” offering a framework for combining human judgment with AI-enabled execution while addressing legal, regulatory and reputational risk.
Additional educational sessions will cover public safety agencies, the operational and training implications of video monitoring, the continued evolution of ASAP, government relations and industry advocacy, capital markets and the economic outlook, as well as an industry roundtable on video monitoring.
