Swann's HomeShield uses generative AI to answer a video doorbell

We caught up with Steven Davies of Swann to demo the CES Innovation Award-winning HomeShield product. HomeShield is an AI-driven, security-focused voice assistant to enhance Swann video doorbells, cameras and devices. It automatically responds to visitors on your behalf in a natural way and can proactively implement other deterrent services for your home. For the award submission, HomeShield was paired with the SwannBuddy4K Video Doorbell to showcase how it interacts naturally with humans. It accepts deliveries, screens unfamiliar visitors, and welcomes friends and family, all while giving the impression there is a real person on site with an active presence.
