GoTo recently announced the integration of its LogMeIn Resolve platform with SentinelOne Singularity.

LogMeIn Resolve is GoTo's IT management software offering. With Singularity's endpoint detection and response (MDR), the joint solution enables threat monitoring, analysis, and response through the Resolve console.

The integration, which layers Singularity's EDR on top of LogMeIn Resolve's zero-trust architecture and patch management, includes several key features:

  • Detailed alerts in the Resolve console for known and unknown ransomware, zero-day vulnerabilities, and file-based malware.

  • Continuous endpoint monitoring with alerts integrated into daily endpoint management workflows.

  • Remediation actions can be taken from within the Resolve console.

  • Event logs, root cause data, and telemetry are collected to support incident investigation.

“Security is non-negotiable in today’s IT landscape, and effective incident response relies on tools that deliver both speed and clarity,” commented Joseph George, General Manager of IT Solutions Group at GoTo. “Our integration with SentinelOne’s EDR streamlines the response process and provides businesses and MSPs with the unified, actionable insights and automation they need to stay ahead of modern threats.”
