The Run will end at Legends Shopping Center in Kansas City, Kansas. In addition, a DVD featuring footage of the day's activities, filmed by the ICOP Model 20/20(R)-W, may be ordered online following the event at www.kansastorchrun.org in exchange for a donation to the Kansas Special Olympics. 2008 Summer Games Kansas - Opening Ceremonies - The final leg of the Kansas Law Enforcement Torch Run will convene at Wichita City Hall where the opening ceremonies will begin. After the lighting of the cauldron by Wichita Police Department's Chief Williams, a brief ceremony will take place at which time Dave Owen will address attendees. ICOP's senior management and many members of the ICOP Team will be on site assisting local law enforcement with medal presentations at the ceremony.
