ICOP Digital Announces Effectiveness of Post-Effective Amendments to Form SB-2 Filings

LENEXA, Kan., Oct. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ICOP Digital, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICOP), an industry-leading company engaged in advancing digital surveillance solutions, today announced that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declared effective the recently filed post-effective amendments to two Form SB-2 registration statements on Form S-3 previously filed by the Company.

The post-effective amendments relate to the Forms SB-2 originally filed with the SEC in July 2005 and October 2006 , and, among other things, cover the shares of common stock issuable upon exercise of outstanding redeemable warrants. With this effectiveness, ICOP's warrant holders are now free to exercise the redeemable warrants at their own election.
