WALTHAM, Mass. , Jan. 27, 2009 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) announced today that William H. Swanson , Raytheon chairman and chief executive officer, and David C. Wajsgras , Raytheon senior vice president and chief financial officer, will speak at Cowen and Company's 30th Annual Aerospace and Defense Conference on February 5, 2009 . Their presentation is scheduled to start at 9:40 a.m. ET .

Swanson's and Wajsgras' remarks will be audio cast live (listen-only mode) through the Raytheon web site, http://www.raytheon.com. A replay will be available through the Raytheon web site approximately 1 hour after the conclusion of the live audio cast and will remain available for seven days following the conference.
