iN Control Security announced that the firm has signed a letter of intent to acquire Cal-Bay Controls.
Cal-Bay Controls is a sales and distribution company providing environmental, process-control and analytical instrumentation to utility, industrial, governmental and educational clients primarily in California, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii. Cal-Bay Controls also provides emissions monitoring systems for environmental applications.
Cal-Bay Controls was formerly a subsidiary of Cal-Bay International, which was a publicly traded company on the OTC Bulletin Board. In 2005, Cal-Bay International sold the Cal-Bay Controls subsidiary to Atlantis Holding Corp.
iN Control said it plans to assist in building the business of Cal-Bay Controls. This will, in turn, help iN Control to grow into a larger and more profitable entity.
