This partnership is indicative of SonicWALL's strong commitment to the Japanese market and the drive to provide customers and eco-system partners with highest degree of technical support across SMB and Enterprise class of users.

To date, SonicWALL has localized its products and manuals into Japanese, and provided customer support service in Japanese, as part of its corporate mission of supplying affordable, high-performance, user-friendly security solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

SonicWALL announced its entry into the Enterprise Network Security Market with acquisition of Aventail in 2007 and Mail Frontier in 2006. Following the acquisition SonicWALL has expanded the Global Technical Support thru a combination of partner led support and in-house/offshore support.
