Leading security system vendors to tie in with PSIM solution

Proximex, a company known for its Surveillint system for managing physical security information in the command and control environment, announced this week that it will be partnering with the likes of Bosch, Hirsch, March Networks, Verint, Lenel, Pelco and others as it launches its Proximex Partner Program.

The move links Proximex's physical security information market (PSIM) tool with some of the leading vendors.

Proximex listed the following companies as part of the new program: Bosch, Hirsch, Lenel, March Networks, NEC, NICE, Object Video, Pelco, Software House, Sony, Verint, and Vidient, though the company noted that many others have signed on as well.

Proximex CEO Jack Smith said the companies will be able to directly integrate their solutions into the Surveillint PSIM solution, with a goal of providing a "comprehensive view of their environment."

Smith said the partnership allows integrators and OEMs to bid and resell the Proximex Surveillint solution.
