Visitors to the venue formerly known as the Millennium Dome will now have their safety and security guaranteed via an integrated systemof CCTV, fire detection, and PA. The O arena, near Greenwichin south London, commissioned ADT to supply the system to protect concert-goers and sports fans.
The venue is due to open in July 2007 and will be used for some events during the 2012 Olympics. Account director, leisure at ADT, Clive Hunter, said: "The key to our success will be working in cooperation with over 100 contractors on site. To meet the project deadlines, over 13,500 hours will be worked by ADT engineers over the next 12 months."
