Premcor Refining Group Inc has signed a letter of intent with Air Products & Chemicals. The agreement requires Air Products & Chemicals to build a 110 M std cu ft/day hydrogen plant at Premcor's Port Arthur, TX refinery. In addition Air Products will produce 100 Mw power for its own and Premcor's use and 1.2 M lb/day of steam for Premcor's use. The plant which will be owned and operated by Air Products & Chemicals will come onstream in Jun 2006.
