Indiana School Seeks CCTV System Bids

School has budgeted for a system costing over $100,000
May 4, 2005

Chesterton Middle School in Chesterton, Ind., has advertised for bids on a digital security system.

The school recently went through procedures to have a consultant spec out a system, and the consultant's figures put the estimated cost at between $100,000 and $150,000. The school would be using a digitally networked video system to update the school from the former system which used analog recorders.

The advertising of the bids was approved by The Duneland School Board.
