Creative Vistas Acquires Canadian Integrator AC Technical Systems Ltd.

    Move puts integration piece into Creative Vistas' portfolio

    Creative Vistas has picked up a piece of the electronic security integration market with the acquisition of AC Technical Systems Ltd., a leading Ontario-based security systems integrator.

    According to a statement from Creative Vistas, AC Technical Systems has gone through what they have called "tremendous growth" within the past five years, with clients and contracts in government, retail, healthcare, education and entertainment markets.

    The move puts Sayan Navaratnam as CEO of both Creative Vistas and AC Technical Systems Ltd., and according to president Dominic Burns, there is room for the new company to grow.

    "The market is very receptive to security and surveillance technologies and there is more awareness and recognition of the need for security systems," said Burns in a company statement. "We provide our customers with highly advanced integrated solutions and we continue to grow based on customer loyalty and strong marketing."
