Gilmanton, N.H., is constructing a new public safety building according to a recent news report from the Laconia (N.H.) Citizen newspaper. The building, which will hold the town's public safety departments is expected to be constructed by Witcher Builders of Strafford, N.H., for $1.4 million, and the report said that another $100,000 is planned for fire and security systems, furnishings, and telephone lines.
