IPSA International (IPSA), an international investigative consulting firm, is pleased to announce Richard Lefler has joined the firm's recently created Board of Advisors.
Mr. Lefler retired from American Express in 2001 as Vice-President -- Worldwide Security. In this role, his responsibilities included investigation of attacks on financial products, management for the security of employees and coordination with Federal, State and various foreign police agencies and other areas in which security concerns existed. Prior to joining American Express, Mr. Lefler served over 20 years with the U.S. Secret Service retiring as Deputy Special Agent in Charge of the Secret Service office in New York.

He brings to us law enforcement, private sector and most recently, 'think-tank' experience which provide unique and incredibly valuable perspectives. Mr. Lefler is currently a Partner of the Business Security Advisory Group (BSAG), a firm specializing in corporate security consulting services. He is the former President of the International Security Management Association and served for several years on the Board of Directors. Mr. Lefler was also a member and served on the Advisory Board for the International Association of Financial Crime Investigators.

The Board of Advisors is tasked with providing advice to IPSA's leadership with respect to matters identified by the executive team including: the Company's operating strategy and activities related to potential Company acquisitions and international expansion plans.
