May 7, 2007
Monthly focuses include fire, security, access control, structured cable, more

Woodbury, New York - Tri-Ed's Master's Training Program, which rolled out in 2005 to keep internal sales staff savvy on the latest products and technology, has expanded its educational wings.

The training initiative, backed by many of the industry's strongest manufacturers, is now available to any and all security dealers and integrators and comes complete with state and/or national accreditation. A National Systems Manager and National Training Coordinator for Tri-Ed, John Hyatt explains that "Every one of Tri-Ed's U.S. branches will offer the free educational trainings each month wherein a different business segment will be explored. Because the summer months are typically the heaviest for fire issues, May's trainings will focus on fire."

On tap for June is data communications/structured cabling. July's instruction will focus on security; August's will be on access Control; September's category is telephone and intercom; and, October trainings will give an in-depth exploration of CCTV applications.

The Master's Training offerings will enable customers to conveniently keep up with changing technologies. It will also provide Tri-Ed staff opportunity to assess the concerns and various knowledge levels of its customers to better serve their needs. It's all part of Tri-Ed's movement toward becoming the best value proposition choice in security products distribution. 2007 Master's Training dates and locations will be posted on the Tri-Ed website at www.tri-ed.com.

Tri-Ed has consistently served its customers and the life safety security sector longer than any other distributor in the industry. As North America's largest independent wholesale distributor of security and low voltage products, Tri-Ed offers customers a huge inventory of security products, personal customer service, ongoing technical systems support, and training.
