Verex DVRs First in Industry with ImmerVision 360° Panoramic Technology

SAN DIEGO, ASIS International, Sept. 25, 2006 — Verex Technology and ImmerVision announced today a collaboration that will result in greatly enhanced DVR technology for the security industry. Verex’s quality products will feature ImmerVision’s patented panoramic technology, producing the industry’s first-ever “ImmerVision Enables” certified digital video recorder. Verex is part of UTC Fire & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX).
