Women In Security Electronics (WISE) is scheduling a free networking event at the 2006 ASIS Seminars and Exhibits in San Diego. The event, which is designed to facilitate professional networking, will be held Sept. 25th from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in a room at the San Diego Convention Center.
According to WISE, the event is open to the entire security industry. Despite its name, WISE is a non-profit group whose membership rosters are open to both women and men, as long as they are committed to "recruiting and retaining top-talent women in the security industry."
The event is free, and WISE reports that the event will feature complimentary hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. For more information on membership or the networking event, contact WISE via their website.
