The aggregator of security companies has tapped Alliance Advisors, LLC, an affiliate of Hayden Communications, Inc., as its investor relations firm and Tauber & Balser P.C. as its independent auditors.
Hayden Communications and Alliance Advisors will provide Tri-S Security with a premier information resource to institutional investors, hedge funds, independent portfolio managers, buy-side and sell-side analysts, small to large retail brokerage firms and accredited individual investors. Hayden and Alliance will leverage its recognized investment management teams to help capitalize on Tri-S Security's proven assets and growth opportunities. Additionally, they will work with Tri-S Security to extend market development, investor awareness programs and shareholder communications.
Tri-S Security has also engaged Atlanta-based Tauber & Balser P.C. as the company's new independent auditor.
