Continental Instruments Names New Product/Sales Support Manager

Gene Cronin will serve Continental Instruments division of NAPCO, handling sales/support for CI's full line of access, video, badging and alarm products

Continental Instruments, Inc., located in Amityville, N.Y., is proud to announce the promotion of Gene Cronin to product/sales support manager. In this new position Gene will continue in his training function and will also develop and maintain literature, documentation and product specifications. Gene will also serve as the primary channel between customers, sales reps, technical support, SQA, software developers and engineers.

"This will allow us to quickly identify and address problems and customer requirements," says William Lorber, VP & General Manager of Continental Instruments.

Gene joined the company back in 1999 as Technical Sales Representative for Alarm Lock Systems, Inc. and then later joined Continental as the Technical Sales Representative and Technical Support Specialist when NAPCO Security Group purchased the division.
