Tri-Ed Host Grand Opening Celebrations for Boston and Kansas City Locations

Tri-Ed Distribution, under the leadership of President and CEO Steve Roth, continues to expand its locations, staff, product offerings and value added services. The company recently celebrated two major Grand Openings; Tri-Ed Boston on September 22nd, and Tri-Ed Kansas City on September 29th.

Each venue hosted 100+ customers, as well as many of the industry’s leading manufacturers showcasing their latest product offerings and their support of Tri-Ed. Steve Roth took part in each of the Grand Opening celebrations, and refreshments, raffles and scads of in-store specials were also the order of the day.

Sean Guilfoyle, branch manager for the Boston location, reports, “We had a gigantic turnout. We offered a technician’s breakfast, which opened up at 7 a.m., for those customers that had to be out in the field that day. About 35 technicians came through. Then, we had an incredible lunch. Over 100 customers joined us. It was incredible.”

Both the Kansas City and Boston Grand Openings were a overwhelmingly successful. “We received nothing but positive feedback from the vendor and dealer communities,” says Tommy Andrade, branch manager for the Kansas City location. “Support from the vendors has been nothing less then exceptional and the customers were very excited to have a new player in town. One dealer, who’s been in the area for a long time, said ‘At last, we have another option’. Tri-Ed is here to stay and we look forward to giving the customer the service and competitive solution they deserve.”

Tri-Ed is investing a lot of resources into expanding its footprint and supporting customers and vendors in more and more locations. The vendor and customer support that Tri-Ed received in return at the Grand Openings confirms the investment is a solid one.
