Kushner charged to lead company through a new era in the security industry

Integral Technologies has named Matthew M. Kushner, 41, as its new President and CEO. Kushner is charged with leading Integral Technologies into a new era of providing comprehensive security solutions to the worldwide security markets. 'With the recent acquisition by Schneider Electric, Integral is now focused as Schneider's core security company and will lead the company by providing a complete line of Digital Video Management Systems, Electronic Access Control products and seamlessly integrated security solutions. "With this new Indianapolis-based organization Integral will take a much more assertive and aggressive leading role in the worldwide security industry," stated Kushner. '"We will be taking on new initiatives intended to spawn unprecedented growth and penetration into the market place. 'An entirely new face on the company will become apparent."

A 17-year veteran of the security industry, Kushner brings a breadth of insight and expertise to Integral. 'For the past year, Kushner served as Vice President of Sales for Integral Technologies. 'He recently served as Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Telular, a manufacturer and provider of alarm systems using cellular transmission. Prior to this, he was the Director of National Account Sales for ADEMCO Group, a manufacturer of electronic security equipment. Kushner also held senior management positions with Versus Technology and Base Ten Telecom, both manufacturers of alarm communications equipment.
