SecurityNet member Videotronix Inc. (VTI Security Integrators) has appointed Bryan W. Viau vice president of business development, according to Thomas Asp, president of the security systems integration company.
Viau's responsibilities will include implementing a customer relationship management system; creating and managing customer focus groups; developing strategic relationships with partners and end-users; reviewing and analyzing all areas of business operations and researching new corporate and satellite office locations, industry trends and emerging technologies.
His experience includes seven years as president of VTI's former subsidiary, Loss Control Solutions, 10 years as director of security for National Car Rental and three years as director of sales and marketing for Video Sentry Corp.
Viau received his bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Mich. "Bryan has demonstrated a tremendous ability to understand the needs of customers and we expect him to play a vital role in helping VTI to expand its business," said Asp.
