Kastle Systems, an international provider of security solutions for building owners and tenants, appointed corporate marketing executive Steven Rindner as Executive Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Development. Gene Samburg, President and CEO of Kastle Systems, made the announcement.
"Steven Rindner brings energy, intelligence, strategic expertise and a focus on excellence to lead our business development and marketing teams," Mr. Samburg said. "Kastle is the brand for comprehensive, cost-effective security solutions, and we are confident that Steven will help fuel Kastle's growth within and beyond our current markets."
Prior to joining Kastle Systems, Mr. Rindner earned recognition for his accomplishments developing successful strategic alliances for a number of the nation's most prestigious corporations. Most recently, Mr. Rindner served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Alliances at Citigroup in New York. Before joining Citigroup, Mr. Rindner spent several years at America Online Inc., a division of Time Warner, as Senior Vice President, Marketing, Business Development and Programming.
In addition to his corporate experience, Mr. Rindner practiced law in both the public and private arenas, including serving as an Assistant United States Attorney in Washington, DC. Mr. Rindner was recognized by the Attorney General of the United States for his achievements in the public sector, and he was a member of America Online's Leadership Program with the Harvard Business School.
The appointment of Mr. Rindner continues Kastle's dedication to achieving new levels of growth and expanding market share. In this new role, Mr. Rindner will take the helm in directing sales, marketing and corporate development for Kastle Systems nationwide. Mr. Rindner will also be responsible for targeting growth in new territories while continually strengthening Kastle's reputation as the leading provider of comprehensive security.

Mr. Rindner holds a JD from St. John's University School of Law, where he graduated with honors and was a member of The Law Review. He holds a B.S. from the University of Delaware.
