Based upon conduct in other states, officials in Manchester, N.H. have decided to deny Utah-based alarm dealer Pinnacle Security a license to operate in the city. In a story published by The Union Leader, a company official attributed many of their problems in other states with the takeover of another company and said that they’ve worked to correct those issues.
