Atlanta-based systems integrator Carter Brothers has sold its fire and life safety business to Tyco Integrated Security. Brian McDonald, chief operating officer for Tyco Installation and Services, said that the acquisition would add 2,400 service and monitoring customers to the company’s rolls.
