TSA behavior profiling questioned

A report released this week by the Government Accountability Office questions the effectiveness of the Transportation Security Administration’s behavior screening program. Despite having spent nearly $1 billion on the Screening of Passengers by Observation Techniques or SPOT program since 2007, the GAO said that the results the agency has received to date have been “no better than chance.”
