SecureXperts Unveils Black Pearl SxI: A Game-Changer in Critical Infrastructure Cyber Protection
SecureXperts today announced that it will be presenting the Black Pearl SxI and the Global Readiness Evaluation and Training platform engineered to support the defense of America’s critical infrastructure sectors and the Defense Industrial Base at AFCEA TechNet Cyber Augusta on August 18th-21st, 2025.
Purpose-built for high-assurance environments, the Black Pearl merges next-generation encryption capability with NSA-inspired Commercial Solutions for Classified (“CSfC”) compliance, making it a preferred platform for agencies, integrators, and contractors operating across sectors such as energy, water, transportation, and emergency services.
“Black Pearl isn’t just a platform—it’s a statement of trusted assurance and forward advancements in cyberspace,” said Darnell Washington, President/CEO at SecureXperts. “We designed it with national resilience in mind, meeting the cyber challenges of today while preparing for the quantum threats of tomorrow.”
The Black Pearl SxI integrates virtualization-ready hardware with multi-layered VPN tunneling capability and a built-in smart card authentication module. Users can deploy secure enclaves for remote command-and-control, encrypted SCADA linkages, and cross-domain data flows—all within a tamper-resistant form factor tailored to field and command environments.
Key features include:
-
Dual Tunnel NSA CSfC-Inspired Architecture
-
Integrated Smart Card Reader for Role-Based Access Control
-
Quantum-Resilient Cryptographic Support
-
Embedded Logging & Telemetry Integration for Threat Visibility
Hosted by the Greater Augusta Chapter of AFCEA, training for future cyber warriors as Trusted Integrators will be discussed during two presentations hosted by SecureXperts. In close alignment with NSA Capability Package guidelines and NIST RMF controls, supporting roles outlined in DoD 8140 Cyber Work Roles, SecureXperts will present on “Commercial Solutions for Classified and the Quantum Cyber Warfighter” and “Why Should the Defense Industrial Base Have All the Fun.”
SecureXperts is working closely with educational institutions and DoD operational integrators to deploy pilot units as part of its Trusted Integrator Workshops, demonstrating sector-specific use cases in energy grids, water purification systems, smart cities and automation, medical and healthcare, finance, transit signaling platforms, airports/seaports, and other critical infrastructure owners and operators that need secure and resilient systems against cyber attacks.
