1. Time & Attendance – Built-In, Company-Wide
The WorkHorse platform now includes a native Time & Attendance module - available to every user at no extra cost. This feature enables companies to effortlessly track when and where employees clock in and out, using geolocation data from each user's mobile device. Punch-in and punch-out locations are plotted on a map for clarity and accountability. XLS exports make integration with external payroll systems simple and efficient.
2. Multi-Tenancy – One Login, Multiple Companies
Responding to the growing needs of expanding businesses, WorkHorse introduces multi-tenancy support. Organizations acquiring or managing multiple entities can now operate them independently while accessing both through a single login. This seamless transition experience enables users to toggle between Company A and Company B, all while maintaining separate financials, data, and workflows.
3. Multiple Merchant Accounts – Granular Control Over Deposits
By request from Jim Wooster at Alarm Financial Services, WorkHorse now supports Multiple Merchant Service Accounts. Alarm companies can direct recurring monthly revenue (RMR) to one bank account and all other transactions to another, offering unprecedented control over how funds are distributed based on transaction type.
