    Speco's newest value PoE switch for surveillance is the P16S182 16-Port Megabit PoE Switch with 2 Gigabit Uplink ports.  It detects and supports IEEE802.3af or IEEE802.3at PoE standards. Its flow control mode full-duplex adopts the IEEE 802.3x standard, while the half-duplex adopts back pressure standard. Compatible with 1U rack installation (rack ears included), it includes 16 x 10/100M PoE ports, Uplink 2×10/100/1000M Ethernet ports, and 1xGigabit SFP port. It also complies with NDAA Section 998 Part B.
