Knightscope lands $1.25 million contract with Rutgers University

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, signed purchase orders for 145 devices in total.

Rutgers stands among Americaā€™s highest-ranked, most diverse public research universities and is the oldest, largest, and top-ranked public university in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. It has been using Knightscopeā€™s emergency communication devices since 2022 and has been slowly expanding its footprint of the familiar blue light towers throughout the year. This latest purchase of 138 Towers and 7 E-Phones will be used to blanket 4 campuses with reliable emergency communications for students, faculty, and visitors.
