TruePort Screening Technology from Xonar

A new contactless security screening system called Xonar® TruePort is being introduced as an artificial intelligence-driven solution designed to detect threats in busy public and private environments.
TruePort is built for high-throughput screening in locations such as stadiums, airports, hospitals, schools and corporate campuses. The system uses multi-sensor screening technology combined with machine learning and artificial intelligence to identify weapons and distinguish them from everyday items regardless of whether the objects contain metal.
According to the product description, the system can detect ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and non-metallic objects. Its multi-sensor approach is also designed to preserve individual privacy during the screening process.
The system includes dual built-in cameras that enable biometric authentication, which can be used for ticketing and access control. In addition to its detection capabilities, TruePort is described as mobile and durable, positioning it as a flexible weapons detection option for a range of facilities.
The introduction of AI-based, contactless screening technology reflects a growing focus on combining threat detection capabilities with privacy considerations and operational efficiency in high-traffic environments.
