ISCON Imaging's SecureScan is a whole-body screening solution that identifies objects, such as weapons or goods, hidden under clothing. Items that are plastic, metal, powder, wood, ceramic, liquid or encapsulated are quickly identified. It provides an alternative to “pat down” searches and speeds up the scanning process — scans are completed in seconds, rather than minutes.
The high-resolution image from an IR camera is displayed on an intuitive touchscreen interface, which controls all system administration and management. SecureScan records images securely, adding time/ date stamps for use in investigations. The use of patented thermo-conductive IR technology eliminates privacy and health concerns.
The small footprint design of SecureScan allows it to be deployed it in a wide variety of environments while reducing operating costs. Targets include government, border control, retail distribution, education and events.
