Miami Integrator Lands Stack of Residential, Office Projects in Aventura, Fla.

Integrator taps growing market for offices, condo buildings under construction by developers

Miami -- Miami-based ATC International(www.atcih.com), an innovative leader in the technology integration industry focusing on voice, data, and security systems integration, has expanded its work in Aventura, Florida in partnership with developers of several new construction residential and mid/high rise projects. ATCI is a leader in deploying a variety of security systems and technologies, such as intelligent video solutions, wireless video and data, biometric technologies, including facial recognition systems, iris/retina scans, and various hand and fingerprint identification technologies.

Among ATCI’s new integrated security projects include:

Shefaor Development: ATCI will provide closed circuit television (CCTV), access and elevator control, intrusion alarms, and traffic gates for two Shefaor projects: Uptown Marina Lofts, located on NE 188th Street, is Shefaor’s first project in Aventura. In an area once known as Thunderboat Alley, Uptown Marina Lofts consists of 213 condominium residences. And, Artech, a 232-unit mid-rise building with cruise ship architecture, designed by renowned architect Carlos Ott. G&D Developers: One Aventura office building, located at 20900 East 30th Avenue. ATCI will provide CCTV, access control and conduit infrastructure.

Boulevard Properties: Eastside at Aventura, a luxury condominium residential project located on 188th Street. ATCI will provide CCTV access control and intrusion and vehicle tilt-up gates at the parking garage. Boulevard Properties has also awarded ATCI a second contract for similar work for 63 NOBE (North Beach), located in Indian Creek.

GCD Properties: Alaqua, a 191-unit mid-rise condominium residence property in Aventura. ATCI will provide CCTV, access control, and vehicle barrier arm and vehicle swing gates. ATCI is also assisting GDC in the design and planning for their next project located in Orlando called the Ivanhoe, which is a mixed-use project that includes 220 residential units.

To accommodate growing demand for its services, ATCI has established a New Construction division, staffed by Rob Goldberg and Marcus Moreno.

ATC International has 75 employees and subcontractors in its corporate headquarters in Miami; 27 employees in its Central American operations base in El Salvador; and 12 employees in Rome, Italy, the gateway office for Europe.

ATCI is installing an innovative wireless camera security system throughout the 72-mile Tri-Rail network; beginning the planning phase for premise-wide wi-fi applications, RFID asset vehicle tracking, billing system technologies, security; and designing and installing a high-end video surveillance system at The Colonnade, a new open air shopping plaza in Sunrise, Florida. Additionally, ATCI has installed integrated security systems in major South Florida high rises, such as Ocean Grand in Hillsboro Beach, Ocean One and Ocean Two in Sunny Isles Beach, and the Murano and 1500 Ocean Drive in South Beach, as well as Miami’s American Airlines Arena and the Broward County Convention Center.
