Miami -- Miami-based ATC International(, an innovative leader in the technology integration industry focusing on voice, data, and security systems integration, has expanded its work in Aventura, Florida in partnership with developers of several new construction residential and mid/high rise projects. ATCI is a leader in deploying a variety of security systems and technologies, such as intelligent video solutions, wireless video and data, biometric technologies, including facial recognition systems, iris/retina scans, and various hand and fingerprint identification technologies.

In an area once known as Thunderboat Alley, Uptown Marina Lofts consists of 213 condominium residences. And, Artech, a 232-unit mid-rise building with cruise ship architecture, designed by renowned architect Carlos Ott. G&D Developers: One Aventura office building, located at 20900 East 30th Avenue. ATCI will provide CCTV, access control and conduit infrastructure.

Boulevard Properties has also awarded ATCI a second contract for similar work for 63 NOBE (North Beach), located in Indian Creek.

ATCI is also assisting GDC in the design and planning for their next project located in Orlando called the Ivanhoe, which is a mixed-use project that includes 220 residential units.

“Since our base is in South Florida, and the region is experiencing phenomenal growth and development, ATCI is the right tech solution at the right time for many developers,” said Chris Cavallo, president of ATC International. “We have been working in Aventura for some time, and appreciate our even deeper involvement in the city.”

To accommodate growing demand for its services, ATCI has established a New Construction division, staffed by Rob Goldberg and Marcus Moreno.

ATC International has 75 employees and subcontractors in its corporate headquarters in Miami; 27 employees in its Central American operations base in El Salvador; and 12 employees in Rome, Italy, the gateway office for Europe.
