Deborah Toppins

Deborah Toppins is a NASRO-certified Police Captain based in Laurel, Maryland. With over 20 years of experience in school security and the past three years in corrections, she is also certified as a field training officer, gang instructor, and police instructor. Deborah holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice, graduating summa cum laude. Beyond law enforcement, she is actively involved in real estate investment projects.
