Guy Grace is currently serving as the chair for the Advisory Council for Partner Alliance for Safer Schools (PASS) and has served as the director of Security and Emergency Planning for Littleton Public Schools in Denver, Colorado, for more than 30 years. His outstanding contributions earned him the 2020 Campus Safety Director of the Year award, and he has received numerous other national and security industry accolades, including from the Association of School Business Officials International, Security Technology Executive magazine, the American Red Cross, the Security Industry Association (SIA), and the NSCA.
Guy currently serves as the K-12 National Security Program Manager for ASSA ABLOY. Grace is a regular speaker at school safety conferences and a commentator for various trade magazines and media outlets. He possesses hands-on experience in school safety technology and processes and emergency response, providing valuable insights on deploying life safety technology in K-12 schools.
Ron leads Salto’s education solutions business practice. His focus is on aligning Salto’s innovative access control technology and hardware with the ever-evolving needs of the market and the future demands of next-generation educational facilities. Shaffer is an access control expert and industry veteran, and he is passionate about security and safety in schools, on campuses, and within student living environments.
Together with Salto, he is on a mission to bring new technologies and products to market that keep students, faculty, and staff safe and enhance schools’ ability to deliver the highest levels of education.
Rick Fox is the former Life Safety and Access Control Manager (retired) at Colorado Mesa University and was also the leader of the work group at the university that supports the electrical, life safety, and security systems on all of CMU's campuses. For that role he managed a team that maintains all door hardware, locks, keys, elevators, fire safety systems, life safety systems, generators, emergency systems, campus electric distribution systems, alarms, and security cameras on campus.
Prior to coming to CMU in 2006, Rick worked as the Sports Coordinator for the city of Delta. He has been in the safety and security industry for more than thirty years.
Wayne Winton is the owner of Tri County Locksmith Service, a thriving business he has successfully operated for over a decade. As a seasoned locksmith, Wayne holds the Certified Registered Locksmith (CRL) and ACE Instructor (ACI) credentials from the Associated Locksmiths of America (ALOA).
