Oakland, CA – March 30, 2016 - Guidepost Solutions LLC, a global leader in investigations, compliance and security and technology is excited to announce the following addition to its Security and Technology Consulting team: Senior Project Manager, Robert Gannon. Gannon will be based in its Oakland, California office.
Gannon brings more than 20 years of experience to the Guidepost Solutions team as a veteran project manager in the delivery of information technology and telecommunications projects. He has extensive technical knowledge as well as a comprehensive track record leading large-scale teams with executing projects. Gannon’s background with infrastructure design and installation best practices for data and voice technology includes systems engineering for VoIP systems, CATV cabling and equipment, and wireless solutions. He has served a variety of markets throughout his career including healthcare, corporate, financial, entertainment, municipal, and education. Gannon’s connection to the telecommunications industry runs deep with his past experience as a contractor and an end user. It is this experience that enables him to communicate well with partners and clients alike. Gannon is a recognized project manager and subject matter expert within the information transport systems (ITS) industry.
Gannon received an associate’s degree in electrical construction and maintenance from Los Angeles Trade Technical College and holds the following certifications: Registered Communications Distribution Designer and Registered Telecommunications Project Manager from BICSI, a professional association supporting the advancement of the information and communications technology community. He is also EAVA Certified.
