e-con Systems has unveiled Darsi Pro, its first Edge AI Vision Box built on the NVIDIA Jetson platform, marking a strategic expansion from embedded cameras into full-stack vision and compute platforms. The company will showcase Darsi Pro at CES 2026, taking place January 6–9 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, North Hall, Booth #9574, with live demonstrations spanning mobility, robotics, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS).
Designed as a production-ready platform for next-generation autonomous and Physical AI applications,ÂDarsi Pro delivers up to 100 TOPS of AI performance. It combines edge AI compute, multi-sensor connectivity, and industrial-grade reliability in a single rugged enclosure. The system supports NVIDIA JetPack 6 and later versions, and its GMSL variant enables connectivity for up to eight synchronized GMSL cameras, addressing demanding perception workloads in real-world environments.
With the launch of Darsi Pro, e-con Systems positions itself as a single-source partner for vision-driven edge AI deployments. The platform integrates compute modules, carrier boards, cameras, and software frameworks into a unified solution that works out of the box. Leveraging the company’s deep expertise in embedded imaging—including GMSL2, FPD-Link, and Ethernet cameras, along with advanced ISP tuning—Darsi Pro is engineered to deliver consistent, reliable performance across complex autonomous use cases.
Platform capabilities for advanced autonomous systems
Darsi Pro targets next-generation autonomous workloads with a feature set optimized for real-time perception, sensor fusion, and scalable deployment:
-
Extensive camera compatibility: Seamless integration with e-con Systems’ broad portfolio of embedded cameras, allowing developers to select the optimal imaging solution for each application.
-
Multi-sensor fusion: Synchronized inputs from cameras, LiDAR, radar, IMUs, and other sensors using Precision Time Protocol (PTP) to support accurate perception and decision-making.
-
Flexible connectivity: Dual Gigabit Ethernet with PoE, USB 3.2, HDMI, CAN, GPIO, IMU interfaces, and wireless module support for diverse mobility and industrial platforms.
-
Cloud-based device management: Integration with CloVis Central™, e-con Systems’ cloud platform for secure OTA updates, remote configuration, and device health monitoring.
-
Industrial-grade design: A rugged enclosure supporting wide operating temperature ranges for reliable indoor and outdoor deployment.
The company is also developing additional Darsi variants, including a PoE-based model and future support for NVIDIA Jetson Thor, thereby extending the platform roadmap to meet higher-performance edge AI requirements.
“e-con Systems is entering a new phase—moving from a camera provider to a complete vision and compute platform partner,” said Ashok Babu, president of e-con Systems. “Darsi Pro, powered by NVIDIA Jetson, simplifies the entire edge AI deployment cycle by bringing compute, multi-sensor connectivity, and proven camera expertise into one rugged solution. This gives developers a faster, more reliable path to production for applications such as autonomous mobile robots, delivery robots, warehouse automation, and intelligent transportation systems—all from a single trusted source.”
Live demonstrations at CES 2026
At its CES booth, e-con Systems will present real-world autonomous application demonstrations, including automatic license plate recognition (ALPR) and a delivery robot powered by Darsi Pro and the company’s advanced camera portfolio. Attendees will also see a multi-camera retail inventory robotics demo, featuring a high-resolution, ultra-low-light camera integrated into a customer robot to enable navigation, obstacle detection, and automated shelf analytics.
Darsi Pro is available for evaluation, with customization and end-to-end integration services offered to meet specific application requirements. e-con Systems will also host meetings with its vision experts throughout CES 2026 at Booth #9574 in the LVCC North Hall.
