AVAD, a top distributor of custom home electronics products used by home automation and security-installing professionals has added MIDLITE Corporation's products to its line-up.
MIDLITE, based in North Dartmouth, Mass., is a manufacturer of a variety of low-voltage installation accessories used in residential and commercial applications. The company's products include wiring management, wireport plates, backless low-voltage boxes, cable connectors, steel safety plates to protect wires from drywall screws, conduit straps, cable sleeves and more.
AVAD said the move to include more installation accessories marks a move from not only distributing "large electronic components, but also all of the 'tools of the trade.'"
The MIDLITE products are now available at all of AVAD's 37 locations.
