Fiber Instrument Sales, Inc. (FIS) has announced the opening of its Adirondack training facility for the 2006 summer season. Enrollments are now being accepted for its two-day Fiber Optics I & II Course scheduled for June 19-21, July 24-26, August 7-9, and August 21-23.
The hands-on training covers fiber optic splicing, polishing techniques, cable preparation, connector assembly, test equipment and more.
