Company to unify its sales and marketing efforts under the leadership of Holly Tsourides

Video analytics solutions developer VideoIQ recently announced that it is launching a new commercial structure within the company to help accelerate growth.

According to a statement, the company's sales and marketing activities will be consolidated under the leadership of Holly Tsourides, who has been promoted to the position of chief marketing and sales officer.

"Consolidating sales and marketing under Holly's results-oriented leadership will allow us to more quickly capitalize on opportunities and scale our business," said Ed Bednarcik, CEO of VideoIQ. "As we continue to expand internationally, it is critical to have a tightly integrated sales and marketing effort and pulling this together under Holly was an important next step."

Tsourides, who joined VideoIQ in July 2012 as vice president of global sales, has led her team to consistent quarter-over-quarter sales increases representing 400 percent growth.

"I am so grateful for the high-quality team of sales and marketing professionals who have excelled in elevating the position of VideoIQ in the partner channel. They bring incredible energy and passion to their partners, and it makes all the difference," said Tsourides. "This is going to be a big year for VideoIQ. We have the right people and, with current offering and upcoming new product announcements, the right solutions to take video analytics mainstream."
