OpenEye will present its latest video intelligence innovations for the new year at ISC West 2026, including AI-powered search and alerting, new cloud cameras, intelligent video monitoring tools and additional capabilities designed to enhance security operations. The company will also provide live demonstrations of its cloud-managed video platform at its booth along with additional in-booth events.
AI-Powered Visual Search and Alerting
OpenEye will highlight AI-powered visual search tools designed to streamline investigations across video systems. The platform enables users to quickly locate persons or vehicles across cameras using AI Visual Search, Attribute Filters and Similarity Search. Users can describe what they are looking for in natural language and receive relevant results without manually scrubbing through footage or configuring complex search filters.
Attribute Filters and Similarity Search allow users to identify persons or vehicles of interest by searching for attributes such as clothing color, vehicle color or type across multiple channels. These tools are designed to surface relevant footage faster while supporting both initial searches and follow-up identification of similar matches based on appearance.
The company will also showcase AI-powered visual alerting through AI Visual Checks in OWS. This capability automatically evaluates camera images to verify whether defined conditions are met and sends alerts only when action is required. Alerts include contextual summaries and reference images to help users understand events quickly and respond accordingly. Organizations can configure conditions such as cleanliness, stocking levels or secure access points and receive notifications when those conditions change or fall out of compliance.
Cloud Cameras and Flexible Deployment
OpenEye will present its expanding lineup of cloud cameras, including new 5MP turret and dome cameras and a 12MP fisheye camera. These devices are designed to provide flexible deployment options across a range of system architectures.
Cloud cameras function as an all-in-one solution that integrates a camera, recorder and AI engine into a single device. The architecture is intended to scale from small installations to larger multi-camera environments, with each camera contributing its own storage and analytics processing power. The system supports flexible deployment models, allowing cameras to operate as standalone units or integrate with existing recorders to expand system capacity and analytics capabilities.
Additional features include centralized management, automatic software updates and health monitoring to reduce IT overhead. Cloud connectivity enables remote access and access to analytics, alerting and reporting tools without requiring a recorder.
Active Deterrence and Intelligent Monitoring
OpenEye will demonstrate Active Deterrence capabilities within OWS, which combine white light illumination and audio playback to discourage unwanted behavior in real time. These features are designed to draw attention to suspicious activity and help de-escalate incidents before they develop further.
The system supports use cases such as after-hours property protection through automated strobe or voice warnings, perimeter awareness and access control notifications for restricted areas and monitoring support for remote or central stations by reducing the need for manual intervention. Events can be automatically handled or escalated depending on their importance and configured analytics.
The company will also showcase intelligent video monitoring tools that aim to reduce false alarms and improve operational efficiency. Features include location-based arming, virtual arm and disarm functionality, customizable schedules with holiday hours and multi-region analytics that allow different responses based on where activity occurs within a camera view. Integration with central station monitoring and professional visual monitoring through CHeKT further supports remote event verification and faster response times.
Traffic Analytics and Operational Insights
OpenEye will also highlight traffic counting and alerting capabilities powered by AI line-crossing analytics and data visualization tools. These features allow organizations to track occupancy across entrances, set thresholds for alerts and analyze traffic trends and anomalies through reporting tools. The platform also supports visualization of additional event types such as point of sale transactions.
By transforming video, event and transaction data into actionable insights, the system is designed to support operational decision-making and improve overall business performance.
Visitors attending ISC West can explore these capabilities through live demonstrations at OpenEye’s booth #14039, which will also include expert discussions, a product giveaway and scheduled networking events.
